Zendesk vs. Zoho vs. Freshdesk
Which of these Customer Support & CRMs is the best for startups to use?
What services do these CRMs offer startups, and how do they improve a startup's efficiency?
In this particular review, I'm going to be looking at Zendesk, Zoho and Freshdesk. Three alternatives to get CRM, or customer relationship management, done well. Now, first and foremost, when you're investing, or rather, when you're starting a company, you've got to spend money wisely. Anything that's expensive will add up, right? A 100 dollar per month subscription plan could be 1200 dollars per year. Multiple that by 5 or 6 or 10 other things, you've potentially got a 10 thousand dollar expense that you don't necessarily need. We found some great tools to help you.
We recommend Freshdesk as the best CRM among the three for its affordability, ease of use and customer service.
The best in the group of Zendesk, Zoho or Freshdesk, of CRM, or customer relationship management tools, platforms, rather, is called Freshdesk. We've personally used it. We vouch for it and we would never recommend a product or service unless we had actually used it our self. We like the affordability factor. We like the ease of use, ie., the usability, as we as the customer service that Freshdesk offers.
All three of these, Zendesk, Zoho and Freshdesk, have a free trial. That's good, right? You've got to figure out what works best for you and whatever level you're at, if you're in sale, if you're in HR, if you're in web development, whatever you're in. There have to be good tools. By the way, CRMs tend to be better for sales teams and also customer service teams. Freshdesk is more of a customer relationship tool, as well as the rest. All three of these offer a free trial. They're all free to start out with. Then they increase pricing, or rather their pricing does increase per month. I would say overall the pricing difference is so negligible that you could use any of them and be happy that you might have spent a little bit more.

I'd say Freshdesk is going to be a little bit more expensive than Zoho and Zendesk is going to be more expensive than both of those on an equivalent plan. The cool thing I like about Freshdesk is that it offers a few more CRM integration. If you want to connect it to other platforms that you use, you can do that. Let's say you've got a web analytics on your site. You're using Google Analytics. Freshdesk syncs with that. If you use big commerce, an e-commerce platform, Freshdesk syncs up with that. It syncs up with many other things, like Campaign Monitor, Google Drive, Dropbox. Even Freshbooks, which is an accounting and invoicing platform.
What I like about Freshdesk is that it's a simple, clean interface that gives you everything you need as a customer service representative, potentially on a sales role, whatever side you're in.
All three are solid solutions, but we prefer Freshdesk above all. Check them out.
